Itinerary

Day 1 Departure to Udaipur +

Departure in AC deluxe bus / traveller.
Overnight journey to Udaipur.
Halt for dinner (not included).

Day 2 City Palace, Lake Pichola & Karni Mata Ropeway Dinner +

Reach Udaipur and check-in at the hotel. Relax and freshen up.
Leave for Udaipur sightseeing - Lake Pichola, City Palace, Jagdish Temple and Gangaur Ghat.
In the evening, enjoy the culture & folk art performance at Bagore Ki Haveli (7-8pm), or explore the local flea market.
Reach back to the hotel. Dinner and overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 3 Jawai Safari Breakfast & Dinner +

Wake up early and have breakfast.
Leave for Jawai (3-4 hr drive).
Reach Jawai and enjoy a leopard safari and sightseeing at Jawai Dam.
After sightseeing, depart for Udaipur (approx. 3.5 hr one-way drive).
Dinner and overnight stay.

Day 4 Bahubali Hills, Fateh Sagar Lake & Departure Breakfast +

After a delicious breakfast, leave for Udaipur local sightseeing.
Visit Bahubali Hills, Badi Lake, Saheliyon ki Bari & Fateh Sagar Lake.
Explore the Fateh Sagar Lake market and try Udaipur's local cuisine.
Departure back to Gurugram by 6pm.
Overnight journey to Gurugram. Halt for dinner (not included).

Day 5 Reach Gurugram +

Reach back to Gurugram during the early morning.
Trip concludes with beautiful memories of lakes and leopards.

Booking Process

Kindly deposit ₹3,000/- per person advance amount to confirm the seat.
Remaining amount shall be deposited within 24 hrs before the boarding.
By depositing the advance amount you are accepting the T&C.
UPI transfers accepted via Paytm, PhonePe, Google Pay & BHIM.

Terms & Conditions

The advance amount is non-refundable under any circumstances.
Full payment of the trip cost must be made before the trip begins. Pending payments may eventually lead to the cancellation of the trip.
IDs will be verified before boarding. No boarding shall be entertained without a valid Govt. ID.
Transfer of bookings is not permitted. Only the names mentioned at the time of confirmation shall be allowed to travel.
No refunds shall be made towards any inclusion(s) not availed by the client.
Travelers must take care of their luggage & belongings. Management shall not be accountable for missing items along the tour.
The time of departure is stated & fixed. All travelers must update their status with the trip coordinator(s), & report at the pickup point 30 mins prior to the scheduled departure.
The air conditioning will be switched off in the hills; it is the driver's discretion to put off the AC as required, considering travelers' safety & ease of travel along uneven & dangerous routes.
Drinking & smoking are strictly prohibited during the journey for the health & safety of fellow passengers.
No act of misconduct or indiscipline shall be tolerated on the tours. We are a cordial travel community and we aspire to bring you a hassle-free and memorable experience.
Byko Journeys shall not be responsible for any delays or alterations in the program or indirectly incurred expenses in cases such as natural hazards, accidents, breakdown of machinery, weather conditions, landslides, political closure, or any untoward incidents.
We do not provide any insurance policy to cover expenditure on sickness, accidents, or losses incurred due to theft or other reasons.
Numerous factors such as weather and road conditions, and the physical ability of participants, may bring alteration in the itinerary. We reserve the right to make necessary changes in the schedule in the interest of safety, comfort, and general well-being.
